You want to start a business or social enterprise.
Maybe you know what it is, or maybe you’re just lit up with a burning passion. But what you do know is that most businesses fail in their first few years. And you don’t want your new thing to be one of them. This program’s for you.
The truth is, it’s not your idea that’s going to secure your long-term success. It’s knowing how to turn your mission into a viable business. To do that, you’ll likely need to come up with – and test – many ideas. Until you find the one that matches your purpose AND attracts customers eager to pay you.
Found! is:
A supportive, judgement-free space to explore ideas – even half-formed or uncertain ones
A hands-on, learn-by-doing programme that takes you from “I care about this” to “this might actually work”
Designed and facilitated by experienced entrepreneurs who understand uncertainty, false starts, and real-world constraints
It’s not about pitching, hustling, or pretending you’ve got it all figured out. You’ll learn a way of thinking and testing that you can use again and again.
THE PROGRAMME
Found! is a series of six 2-hour workshops, each building practical skills in problem discovery, idea generation, testing, and reflection. You’ll learn how to:
uncover and define genuine business opportunities
generate an unlimited number of potential business ideas to capitalise on those opportunities
design and implement quick, cheap and doable experiments to test your ideas
analyse, interpret and act on customer data
continually advance towards a viable, provable business concept.
It’s open to all, and is Part 1 of a two-part program. The second, Made!, will walk participants through the steps to build a minimum viable product. As an incubator for viable business ideas, Made! is limited to 6 participants. Applications will open later in 2026.
