KEEP ME UPDATED

You’ve identified a customer base that’ll pay for your product. Now you need to get to market.

Gaining proof that there are customers eager for your product is a great accomplishment for any startup. Now the real work begins.

There are a lot of steps between validating a business idea and getting your product on the market. Many people succeed by going it alone – but roughly 100% of the time that takes longer, and is lonelier, than it needs to be. You’re trying to change the world through impact enterprise, so you deserve support, encouragement and a bit of expert scaffolding.

Earn Your Way:

  • Guides impact entrepreneurs through the process of prototyping, market analysis and financial modeling

  • Focuses on practicality, progress and collaboration – you’ll join with others in a similar position and with similar goals, each working on their own thing but sharing learnings and discoveries to speed everyone’s progress

  • Is designed and facilitated by entrepreneurs who have navigated this journey themselves and are experienced in supporting changemakers through the go-to-market journey.

THE PROGRAMME

Earn Your Way is a 4-month incubator for impact entrepreneurs who have validated a paying customer segment and are ready to move toward a real MVP and market testing. It’s run as a series of fortnightly sprints, giving you time between sessions to build, test, refine, and return with real progress (without needing to put your life on hold).

Over four sprints, you’ll move from validated concept to MVP by:

  • Defining your MVP clearly

Narrow your scope, decide what matters most, and map the simplest version that can be built and tested

  • Prototyping quickly and realistically

Create early versions of your offer, service, or product experience so customers can respond to something tangible

  • Sharpening your market understanding

Pressure-test your target segment, clarify your positioning, and identify the most realistic early pathway to market

  • Designing a sellable offer

Set a pricing hypothesis, package your first version, and build the confidence to put it in front of real customers

  • Building a basic financial model

Understand your costs, time requirements, margins, and what “viable” needs to look like for sustainability

  • Preparing for market testing

Design simple experiments to generate traction signals, customer learning, and a clear basis for next-step decisions

What you’ll leave with

  • A defined MVP scope and build plan

  • A tested offer and pricing hypothesis

  • A practical go-to-market focus

  • A basic unit economics / viability model

  • An MVP ready for market testing

  • A clear, realistic next-steps roadmap
